Roaming Dream Beasts

These little guys (erm, well maybe not exactly, they are about the size of a Volkswagen bus) are starting to grow on me.

Engine

This engine is about three times the height of an average person, & does nothing but power itself. It's like a Theo Jansen sculpture, but bad for the environment.

Another column.

An old doodle; a little experiment in trying to work in perspective for a change. I'd like to make more of these.

Sketches from the end of November.

Slow going; as I'm sure you're aware, it's gotten very cold out, so I stay in a lot. I try to keep up the drawing enough to at least not stagnate.

Life drawings new & old.

The first group of sketches are very short poses from one of Peter Emmerich's drawing sessions. The last two drawings are from one of my recent general illustration classes.

Napkin

I do have sketches that are actually on paper to post, but I like this little caricature, even though I don't think I'm supposed to admit it. There are always interesting people to draw at an IHOP.

Little birds have fast hearts.

Quick little doodles of birds with artificial pacemakers.
